DR. CAROL KWON

OPTOMETRIST

Dr. Carol Kwon was raised in Abbotsford but moved to Ontario to complete her post-secondary studies. She attended McMaster University in Hamilton, where she obtained a Bachelor of Health Sciences with Honours in 2017. She then attended the University of Waterloo School of Optometry. During her optometry studies, she worked with Canadian Vision Care to provide free optometric services to impoverished populations in the Philippines. Dr. Kwon also had the opportunity to complete a clinical externship in rural Alberta, where she focused on the treatment and management of ocular diseases and emergencies. She obtained her Doctorate of Optometry and graduated with distinction in 2021.

In her free time, Dr. Kwon enjoys trying new food and spending time with her friends and family. She is excited to be back and serving patients in her hometown of Abbotsford. She practices full-scope optometry and welcomes patients of all ages and demographics.
